As a response to challenges posted by existing misbalance of credentials and responsibilities of management a tool for measuring efficacy of organizational culture development and corporate social responsibility insuring management function performance is developed in this paper. The tool is using multiple indicators to define the quality of management performance which is then used to define the impact management has on performance of of organizational culture development and corporate social responsibility insuring. In order to validate achieved results statistical instruments are used to evaluate the data from 32 companies, and on the basis of this data a function for predicting possible fulfillment of enterprise’s plans on the basis of estimated management function performance efficacy is presented. To make a conclusion limitations of the study as well as the directions for future research are discussed.
