Abstract:  This paper presents an alternative approach for the solution of general De-Novo Programming Problem under fuzzy environment which yields an efficient solution in a single step. The method has been illustrated by a numerical example. Comparison shows that the alternative method gives better solution than the existing one and it is also computationally easier.
