Abstract: In the knowledge-based society, traditional management principles do not go far enough. Networked teams, meeting challenges, refer to the experiences and skills of their members. If fuzzy methods are used, decision-making processes can be differentiated. The example of a customer portfolio shows the potential of ‘Management by Differentiation’.
