The role of the Actors to the international development cooperation has been recognized through a joint action for the eradication of poverty. For this purpose several mechanisms and tools were developed (described throughout the work) to help the developing countries. We analysed the opinions given by different Actors, collected through a survey, and compared them with the theoretical conceptual framework in order to understand if their opinions meet the expected attitudes delivered by them. The methodology CATWOE was used for mapping a path and to characterise the conceptual model in higher education in SSA considering the different Actors.
