Abstract: About twenty years ago, The Israeli Supreme Court ruled in favor of the prosecutors asking for the revelation of privileged documents of an internal investigative committee. Ever since, doctors have feared to cooperate with these committees, and they have slowly evaporated. It is time to change the precedent of this case, and prefer the advantage these committees have on the public, over the individuals' basic right of knowledge.
