The past Conference proceedings (Research Papers) are maintained solely and purely on goodwill basis in the Digital Library. All accepted papers and presented at the conference were incorporated in the conference proceedings (printed) and distributed at the respective conferences. The decision to include any paper in the digital library is in the sole and absolute discretion of GSTF.
