Abstract:
One of the greatest difficulties that medical school in Sub-Saharan Africa are facing regarding increasing the number of their graduates is the acute lack of faculty. This paper will detail the medical school systems in 2 low income countries in Sub-Saharan Africa- Mali - and how they are managing to retain their faculty and students in country.
