Abstract: Organizations have gone through a sea change in the way they used to operate to what we currently experience, one thing that has not changed is the method in which attrition is calculated, this has remained the same over the years, decades and centuries!

A one stop shop to address this is the introduction of “Attrition Impact Management Model” (AIM). AIM gauges an employee on all his key attributes; every employee adds value to the organization in his own way, also, he takes away the same when he moves on. AIM as a tool, measures the value of an employee in terms of the impact caused to the organization when he/she attrite.
