Abstract:
Management is closely related to the use of the term integrity, especially in the studies of organizational behavior and leadership. Still, conceptualization of this term is still multiinterpreted and even ambiguous as a result of associating the term with particular behaviors or characters, including honesty. Speaking integrity means speaking consistency between two things: action and ethical principle which lies behind it. Unfortunately not all ethical principle and value can be basis for building moral integrity; only the universal ones can. This paper is intended to clear the conceptualization of integrity in its moral
context and to explain how to identify action that is performed by full of moral integrity.
