Abstract:

As increase of population with limited lands afforded for building in big Middle East cities, and in addition of continue increasing prices, Which led to made construction of high-rise buildings in those cities. However, construction of buildings more than 20 levels using beams and columns system is not effective due to pressure of wind and earthquakes on them, plus the effect of the population pressure on infrastructure of the building and the surrounding environment, the matter which require consideration of its affect in design, to achieve best resistance to wind and earthquakes in those building, as necessary safety factors are not applied to resist earthquakes in accordance with the acceptable design standards, which requires to re-evaluation of Infrastructure items and its relationship with construction to achieve designing safety.
This study is one of attempts that reveal faults the effect of infrastructure in Middle East on high-rise buildings as a reflection of their architectural and constructional bases, to try reaching the designing safety of these buildings .and its best effect on surround environment.
