Abstract:
The demand of the residential in Bangkok and Metropolitan area is increasing because of the rapid development of economy and public transportation system. The real estate developers are able to meet the demand of residence. Due to the cost of land, it makes residential project’s cost high. However, developers have to deal with problems such as lack of construction labor. The precast concrete system is applied in construction projects to solve the problems. Nowadays, the fully precast concrete system is applied in low-rise condominium project in Thailand. The objective of this study is identify important problems in low-rise condominium construction project which applied fully precast concrete system by using literature review and construction site surveying. The problems are grouped by cause-and-effect diagrams. The result show 3 groups of important problem as follows; problems of precast concrete production, transportation and installation at site.
