Abstract: One of the key success factors to win the global business competition is offering new value added innovative products or services. To be able to offer such products, companies should prepare knowledge management facilities which encourage their employees' engagement to share knowledge among them to result in innovations which eventually results in high corporate performance. Employee engagement is essential as it might impact on the effective knowledge management support. Based on the literature review, both employee engagement and knowledge sharing activity are assumed to have a significant effect on corporate performance. In addition, both variables are assumed to be correlated with knowledge management support. This study is aimed at testing the correlation between knowledge management support, employee engagement, knowledge sharing activity and corporate performance. It is found out that all the variables are significantly correlated. Thus, knowledge management support (KMS), knowledge sharing activity (KMA) and employee engagement are strongly indicated to influence on the corporate performance.
