A Study on the Regulations of the Terminal Equipments in Next-Generation Network

Abstract: In response to the development of broadband communication technology and the convergence of digital multimedia, IP Packet Switch-based services of Next Generation Network (NGN) and terminal equipment has become an important pointer in the world's advanced countries. To accelerate the deployment of broadband Internet services and applications development and create high-quality ubiquitous intelligent environment, the research team concentrate on understanding the Next Generation Network technology development status and trends and comparing the current development status of advanced countries in order to provide a recommendation of technical specifications on the NGN terminal equipment for government regulator.
