Abstract:
This work deals with the newly established e-learning course on physics. The project’s objective is to show the user new ways in teaching physics, learning it, as well as enhancing previously obtained knowledge. The students, via the course in Moodle, can deepen their knowledge and skills in physics. The course consists of 50 motivating examples divided into 6 categories. All examples cover the first semester’s curriculum and help students to successfully complete the first course on physics. This project was accepted very positively by the students who are preparing for the final exam in physics.
The strongest aspect of the project is a completely different way of solving exercises in physics while using modern information technology. This approach is different from all previous ways of teaching exercises. On the one hand, large development of technologies provides the authors with positive responses. On the other hand, the disadvantage is the occasional passivity of students in solving problems and finding additional resources. Our e-learning course has been created to enable the students to understand the subject and pass the exam successfully, but not necessarily at A-level.
