Abstract:
This study focuses on the effect of organizational recruitment information clarity and organizational reputation on application intentions in order to assist organizations understanding the impact of the design of recruitment information and maintenance of organizational reputation on recruitment. With the background and objective of this study in mind, we explored past literature and then established the framework of this study and put forward the hypothesis. We used an internet questionnaire to collect data related to job seekers, and analyzed and discussed them with appropriate statistical methods and based on the research results arrived at the conclusions and suggestions.
