Abstract: Abdominal wall endometriosis in a Caesarean section scar.is an infrequent type of extrapelvic endometriosis. A painful mass located in the scar of a Caesarean section is a typical sign. This condition is difficult to diagnose for general surgeon because of others common surgical differential diagnosis. Preoperatively using ultrasonography, computed tomography is difficult to diagnose. Although abdominal wall endometrioma has typical presentation which is a painful lump appear after aperiod of time after caesarian section and pain increase during menstrual cycle, general surgeons often misdiagnose it due to its rarity. Herein, we report this case of a lump away from the scar of caesarian section.
