The knowledge spiral of credit knowledge platform of innovation clusters in Beijing Zhongguancun technologic park: based on public order

Abstract:The existing studies on innovation clusters focus on the creation of technologic knowledge, its flow and sharing. Less attention is paid to the building of credit knowledge platforms. Credit knowledge platform help promote trust and facilitate financing of micro, small and medium enterprises in the innovation cluster. Because of market failures and an incomplete credit system, they must rely on the public order to build credit knowledge platform of innovation cluster, so as to realize knowledge spiral of externalization, combination, internalization, socialization. Based on Beijing Zhongguancun case ，the paper shows that credit knowledge platform can make great results.
