Abstract: Epidemic outbreaks, which have been observed especially in the tropical and subtropical region, have caused a huge burden on economic and public health sector. Mathematical and Actuarial models have become invaluable management tools to understand the dynamical behavior, predict the risk and price it. We propose actuarial based model to identify the outbreak risk and price the individual medical expenditures. The reserve function is determined and the adjusted premium is proposed to guarantee that investment reserves are sufficient to cover the future expenditures.that list-coloring is NP-hard on grids.
