Abstract:
This course (which I have taught since 2010) is similar to Service Learning in other universities. The curriculum comprises Knowledge of Community Service & Skills in conducting experiential learning –10-hour volunteer programs with various target groups. As regards knowledge, the course includes introducing human needs, social responsibility, social care, social justice, a motivation for volunteers and local research done by the Association of Volunteer Service.
