Besides, the economic development and environment prevent turn to be a major issue to Dapeng bay area. Our research method is questionnaires, interviews and quantification. We got 190 respondents and interviewed 11 experts as well. The empirical result was as following: 1. the respondents believe that the major environment impact is noise pollution (26{6e6090cdd558c53a8bc18225ef4499fead9160abd3419ad4f137e902b483c465}) after the Dapeng Bay National Scenic Area was developed, followed by ecological damage (14.5{6e6090cdd558c53a8bc18225ef4499fead9160abd3419ad4f137e902b483c465}). 2. The problem of Dapeng bay development is the lack of tourists (39.5{6e6090cdd558c53a8bc18225ef4499fead9160abd3419ad4f137e902b483c465}), followed by the lack of recreational facilities (35.71{6e6090cdd558c53a8bc18225ef4499fead9160abd3419ad4f137e902b483c465}). Besides, the utility of land right are belong to the government, local residents and civil operators and local parties. Due to different opinion about the land right, they produce many disputes and jeopardize maritime traffic safety. Generally, the Dapeng bay needs to strengthen publicity activities for the waters. It is necessary to build the relevant water regulations in the future. We suggest that not only strengthening its marketing Mirs Bay brand but also renegotiating BOT contracts. However, the establishment of tourism industry alliance is major point. We believe that those parties in Dapeng bay can resolve their conflicts through communication. Expanding public participation will help the promoting tourism development.
