Abstract:

The Lopburi River is so a tributary of the Chao Phraya river that is the main river of central Thailand and it is so importance for flooding in the urban area of Lopburi province. The purpose of this study is to simulate unsteady flow in the Lopburi River. The HEC-GeoRas is a hydraulic model for this study. The results presents that the maximum flow rate is from 100.61 to 104.165 m3/s and the maximum water surface level is from 1.98 to 2.37 m. The mean monthly flow rate of the station 44000, 23576, and 1721 are 32.67, 32.57, and 32.51 m3/s, respectively. On the other hand, the mean water surface level for station 44000, 23576, and 1721 are 1.60, 2.89, 3.82 m, respectively.
