Abstract: The purpose of this presentation is to examine the socalled “forced accumulation technique” in order to solve one of the main problems that students of any foreign language have: how to make them remember new vocabulary. Learning new words is not a problem: the problem is making students remember their meaning, the problem is how to manage to avoid students forgetting them just a couple of hours after learning them.
