Abstract: This paper describes the role of antenatal services in supporting teenage pregnant girls in Leribe district of Lesotho. Background Teenage pregnancy is a serious public health challenge associated with poor health and social ex clusion in Leribe district of Lesotho. Research examining the specific role played by antenatal services in support of teenage pregnant girls is limited.
