Abstract: Today's information and dissemination of it through ICT technology plays an important role. The role of personality traits namely neuroticism, extraversion, openness, agreeableness and conscientiousness and acceptance model on the educational usage of Facebook were explored. Our study administered 834 questionnaires, based on the literature, in 6 universities in Iran among postgraduate students of different majors. After acquiring completed questionnaires, data were analyzed and the results were discussed.
