Abstract: The researcher investigated the aviation school flight training and air traffic controller students’ English self-efficacy beliefs and examined the contributions they make to their English Speaking Skills Course achievements. The aim of the study was to find out the beliefs of English self-efficacy of students and to reveal the relationship between students’ beliefs and English achievement. A strong correlation was found between their English achievement and self-efficacy levels. The implications suggested in the study are helpful for English teachers who want to improve their students’ beliefs for their academic success.
