Abstract:
Ones of several famous products from sharia bank is Murabaha. Murabaha is a scheme of sharia financing product that is often applied context of mortgage financing. This study focuses to analyze the dynamics of yield curve patterns of Murabaha in Indonesian sharia mortgage financing. Analysis in this study consists of three valuable sections: first, analysis on yield curve patterns of Indonesian sharia mortgage financing from perspective Murabaha compliance; second, analysis on yield curve patterns of Indonesian sharia mortgage financing from perspective risk management (maturity and inflation risk); and third, analysis on the character of Indonesian sharia banks to point their yield to maturity (YTM).
