Abstract:

This article studies the strategic occupancies in knowledge sharing networks for school technology coordinators.We proposed that subjects who were identified by other subjects in a knowledge acquisition network were impressive knowledge prestige. This study is to investigate the network characteristics of knowledge contribution that can predict prestigious relations. Results reveal that structural hole of knowledge contribution haseffects on knowledge prestige. Results also reveal deficiencies of knowledge dissemination in STC communities. These findings are valuable to studies of the knowledge management practices of other professionals.
