Digital Competitiveness of European countries: Clustered Approach

Abstract:

The paper analyzes the current level of informatization of European countries. The analysis is based on available Eurostat data. Analyzed countries are clustered based on the WSA method which allows extracting coherent groups of countries with nearly the same level of informatization based on the number of indicators analyzed. The paper is concluded with a discussion of the analysis results.
