Abstract:
Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) is contributed to investigate the internal impedances related to electron transport in dye-sensitized solor cell (DSSC). In this paper, a transparent conductive oxide (TCO) with two different degrees of the resistance, 7W and 15W, were employed to compare the effect of electron transport depend on the sheet resistance of the TCO. We measured the I-V and EIS to demonstrate the performance of the cell. UV-vis spectra were used to analyze the transmittance of the TCO.
