Abstract:
Copan Building has been one of the most important works of the worldwide famous Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer. Since its construction, differential settlings were observed on its foundations and they are being monitored ever since. The identification and the development of studies about those pathological manifestations are the focus of this paper.
