Abstract: To evaluate genetic diversity 20 genotypes of mungbean which provided from Pakistan were planted in the research field at institute biological science of University of Malaya (UM)in April 2010 in a randomized complete block design ( RCBD ).Eight morphological character including plant height, number of fruiting branches per plant, number of pod per plant, number of pod clusters per plant, pod length, number of seeds per pod, 1000seed weight and total seed yield per plant were measured. To determine genetic variation cluster analysis was applied using UPGMA method. Three major groups and one minor groups were defined. Principal component analysis was done to evaluate diversity and morphological traits which has more effects on diversity. Three components explained near 79{6e6090cdd558c53a8bc18225ef4499fead9160abd3419ad4f137e902b483c465} of total variation among genotypes. By plot of first two components score for genotypes confirmed the result of cluster analysis.
