Individual Psychological Factors as a Resource of Professional Development of Interns Within a Program “Ambulance”

Abstract:

This article is devoted to a problem of professional development of interns of the ambulance service within a program “Ambulance”. The sample used in this study was 134 internships the ages of 23 and 28 years old. Development of personal and subject qualities in different conditions of training and activity is considered. Individually psychological factors, conductive to constructive way of professional development of internships are exposed. Such factors treat: behavior self-checking, commitment, aspiration to self-realization; existence of the plan of professional development; emotional stability, organization, empathy; consciousness, as strong-willed component of the personality; the developed abilities to abstract logically thinking. It is shown that the developed emotional and strong-willed and communicative characteristics, promote more positive assessment of the professional development, decrease in reactions of alarm and tension, resistance to stress increase
