Collaborative E-learning Framework to Transform a Traditional Learning Environment

Abstract:

Traditional learning environments, especially in developing countries, struggle to switch to e-learning. Even successful e-learning programs have difficulty in introducing collaborative learning among peers. This paper proposes a three-phase approach for peer-to-peer collaborative learning.
