Abstract: The study was conducted to assess the attitude of primigravida women attending rural health centers and selected hospital regarding the breast changes that take place during pregnancy.A descriptive study design was used in this study to assess the attitude of the primigravida women about physiologic breast changes in the pregnancy.A non-probability purposive sampling technique was used to select samples (n=204). The data was obtained using Demographic proforma and Attitude scale on physiological breast changes during pregnancy.The descriptive statistics showed that that 131 (64.2{6e6090cdd558c53a8bc18225ef4499fead9160abd3419ad4f137e902b483c465}) of primigravida women had favourable attitude towards the breast changes during pregnancy and only 73 (35.8{6e6090cdd558c53a8bc18225ef4499fead9160abd3419ad4f137e902b483c465}) had unfavourable attitude.
