Abstract:  The World of today has become a global village due to the introduction of high-tech and advanced means of communication. This has created intense interest in the international entrepreneurs or the management of the multinational companies to have enhanced level of authentic and up to date information about the cultural realities of others countries to cope with the pressures of complex globalization and international corporate venture operations. The knowledge of local culture is amongst the key factors to determine or at least anticipate the success of any international corporate venture. Henceforth, this paper as a brief guide for the international readers focuses on the cultural aspect of United Arab Emirates (UAE), a country that has emerged as a strong corporate hub during the past two decade.
