Abstract: The use of coaching management software can improve coaching engagement by strengthening the supplemental necessities required in coaching. Coaching requires tremendous discipline and quality content. Software that has proper schedule and reminder functions will reinforce the vigor required in coaching while online resources will improve the dedication and absorption required in improving a coaching engagement. Coaching management software creates synergy among all coaching stakeholders by providing essential support features that not only provides basic requirements but can also address emerging concerns like the coach-learner matching process, the ability to vet candidates for coaching assignments, and the capability to perform evaluations. This paper examines how the use of technology can improve the beneficial aspects of the coaching profession. It reviews the latest studies, surveys and reports on the coaching profession and cites how a coaching management software like CoachEngage can improve engagement and how it understands the requirements needed and delivers them. It explores how organizations should take advantage of this development. It identifies that with the increase in the use of smartphones at work and the emerging trend of the development of enterprise applications that the development of a mobile coaching application must become the next major area of focus by both practitioners and clients of the coaching industry.
