Abstract:
The aim of this investigation was to prepare, and characterize Aceclofenac niosomes using different ration of cholesterol and nonionic surfactant by modified Hand shaking, lipid film hydration technique. Formulations were characterized with respect to surface morphology, particle size, entrapment efficiency, drug content, compatibility studies and drug permeation study. The above prepared optimized noisome were incorporated into 1{6e6090cdd558c53a8bc18225ef4499fead9160abd3419ad4f137e902b483c465} carbopol-934 gel and compared for permeability study. The TEM study showed that their no fracture is present in vesicular syste.Vesicle size varies from 1634 to 2327 nm.The zeta potential varies from -48.3 from formulation to -62.1. The student-t test was performed to determine the significance of the permeation from formulation and it was found that formulation N3, N4, N5 was highly significant (p<0.05) compared to conventional gel.
