Abstract:

The current article presents human competencies and human resource development (HRD) connection to organizational business performance and quality of working life (QWL). The paper has two main contributions. Firstly, it presents the concept of optimal workplace innovations as it is seen one major factor for the quality of working life. Secondly, it presents plausible scientific explanation why human resource development may increase human-based productivity.
