During the modernism era of food industry which is signed by the raising of junk food and fast food paradigm, healthy food becomes important issue to be addressed. It is expected that there provides good and healthy food so that people can keep better their health in the worldwide modernism of food. This writing discusses the role of Krobokan Tempe in
supplementing nutrition for human body. It also discusses the quality of Tempe. It means that the characteristics and way of making Krobokan Tempe need to be highlighted. The best strategy for those is to produce a masterpiece; good, healthy, and nutritious tempe. Good, healthy and nutritious food in our consuming society needs to be produced and distributed.
