Abstract:
Legal regulation first of all has the effect on decrease in harmful effects of cosmic radiation by limiting the time spent in flying for air crew, while the special protection from this type of radiation for passengers is mainly not predicted. It seems that the number of regulations dealing with cosmic radiation protection is not small. However, the cosmic radiation issue has rarely been considered and is relatively unknown to the general public even though the impacts of this radiation are more than significant, which is confirmed by past research in this area.
