This shows that the number of Temporary Contracts is more than the international standard. Likewise, this issue has a devastating effect on the job security and the life of workers. This research intends to study the types of work contracts, especially temporary work contracts, in the Labour Law of Iran. Additionally, the author plans to analyse the effect of the proliferation of temporary agreements on the rights of workers in Iran and the consequences of such temporary agreements on the lives of these workers. This article attempts to provide appropriate solutions to reduce the number of Temporary Contracts such as reforming the Labour Law of Iran.
