Abstract:
As ASEAN can be seen as a regional organization in the frame of globalization, it is interesting to discuss the dynamics surrounding human rights question. In this paper, we propose to reflect on the meaning of the development of the recognition of human rights, linked to the global governance theory. It seems that through cosmopolitanism, the changes that affect the nation-state model can be understood.
