Abstract:
Users’ required performances differ according to construction project. This study suggests TOPSIS evaluation model. TOPSIS gather requirements and define performance criteria for remodeling apartment housing. Evaluation of quality for construction method in remodeling project was conducted based on the standard performance criteria. The value scores were calculated and normalized by using the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) that is commonly using in multi-criteria decision making. The standardized value score is able to support appropriate decision making with a comparison of design alternatives. And this approach can facilitate to benchmarking good solution that apply in current market.
