Abstract:

Safety management begins with the recognition of the hazards. The hazards can be systematically classified by conducting Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). The recognized hazards should be utilized as a safety checklist for facilities by re-defining them in the safety criteria. Therefore, this study aims to develop the model of Multi-Characteristics Matrix Deployment (MCMD) model on the safety criteria and hazards for the facility system.
