Abstract:
The aesthetical importance of bridges is pointed out. Original and extensive investigations of the public opinion concerning multi-component perception of the bridges over the motorways are presented in particular. Aesthetical aspect of these structures are considered by the people as one of the decisive factors to select the structural system of the bridge.
