Abstract:

‘The Experiment’ in 19th Century Britain advocated combination of technology and art. Its modern achievements not only have a direct effect on European countries, it also influenced to Asia countries. Chinese modern architectural education has also got its influence through Japanese and Bauhaus. It set up a system of modern architectural education different from ‘Beaux-arts’.
