Abstract:
Efficient performance measurement systems serve as a useful tool enabling managers to improve business entity proces-ses, productivity and performance. Performance measurement is a difficult and complex phenomenon, and today evaluators lack widely recognized performance measurement methods. In this paper the authors have undertaken a study of using the system integrated analysis for evaluation of a business entity’s perfor-mance. The aim of this article is to introduce the use of the system integrated analysis methodology and discuss the choice and ranking of the initial parameters chosen for evaluation of the business entity’s performance. The value of overall efficiency (or overall performance score) and the findings of the analysis depend on the choice and order of placement of the initial parameters in the matrix model.
