Abstract:

The hesitant fuzzy set is effectively used to model situations in which it is allowable to determine several possible membership degrees of an element to a set due to the ambiguities of the various values. In this paper, based on hesitant fuzzy Hamacher operational rules, we first propose some hesitant fuzzy Hamacher power aggregation operators for aggregating hesitant fuzzy information. Some basic properties of these proposed operators are given and the relationships between them are investigated. Further the interrelations between the proposed aggregation operators and the existing aggregation operators are discussed. Finally, based on the proposed operators, we develop a new technique for hesitant fuzzy multiple attribute decision making.

Keywords: Hesitant fuzzy element (HFE); hesitant fuzzy Hamacher power average (HFHPA) operator; hesitant fuzzy Hamacher power geometric (HFHPG) operator; multiple attribute decision making (MADM).
