Abstract:

This document presents the proposal on business valuation in Vietnam, mainly focus on valuing SOEs. It begins with the context of Vietnam in term of equitization and the limitation in equitization is companies’ valuation. After that it raises the research problems, research questions and presents the method that is chosen to answer the research questions.
