Abstract:
This study assesses management education students’ expectation, perception and satisfaction of services experienced across four categories of institutions in Coimbatore. Institution quality factors were captured using structured questionnaire across six dimensions namely, location, academics, infrastructure, image, cost and personnel and overall satisfaction. A significant difference was found between the perceptions of students across four categories of institutions in all six dimensions of institution quality factors. All five factors except cost significantly influence the overall satisfaction of students towards the institution.
